Caramel Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, water and margarine; bring to a full boil.
Boil 1 minute; set aside.
Combine and mix together biscuit mix, 1/4 cup brown sugar and raisins, then add the milk.
Spread in an 8 x 8-inch greased dish.
Pour on the hot syrup.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with ice cream.
