Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) oleo or butter
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 large egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    With mixer on low speed, beat egg yolk in large mixer bowl until softened (about 30 seconds).
    Add the sugar, egg yolk and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
    With mixer on low speed, beat until well mixed.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
