Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes and mash.
Measure out 2 cups mix with eggs, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 of margarine, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Pour into greased casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Mix corn flakes, brown sugar, nuts and remaining butter. Spread over casserole and bake 10 more minutes.
