Flourless (Soft) Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet and press with fork.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
Cool before removing from baking sheet.
Yields 2 to 3 dozen.
