Tomato And Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped squash with skin on
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk regular or 1% or 2%
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Put first 4 ingredients into greased 9 or 10-inch round or square pan and mix.
    Next 4 ingredients beat until smooth with electric mixer and then beat for 1 minute.
    Put this into the dish and mix with other ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let sit for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
