Pineapple Rum Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. rum*
4 1/2 c. chopped fresh pineapple (1 medium)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine brown sugar and rum; mix until combined.
Add pineapple; toss gently to combine.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 4 cups.
