Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. whole-wheat flour
    1 c. Bran Buds (cereal)
    1 tsp. soda (baking)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. applesauce or 1/4 c. pineapple puree
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Combine raisins and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add raisins and water. Mix well. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
