Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large bowl, cream sugar, powdered sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add oil, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt until well blended.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for easier handling.
