Crustless South Of The Border Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. cottage cheese
    7 1/2 oz. canned chopped green chiles
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Butter a 10 x 15 x 2-inch baking pan. In large bowl, beat eggs until slightly thickened; add flour and baking powder and blend well.
    Add Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, chiles and butter; stir until smooth.
    Pour into prepared pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 45 minutes or until quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
    Allow to cool slightly, cut into 1 1/2-inch squares and serve hot or at room temperature.
