1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and shortening gradually.
Add 2/3 cup powdered sugar and flavoring, beating until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour and mix well.
Stir in chopped pecans.
