Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated, peeled raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix well the eggs, sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Fold in 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts.
    Bake in 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Keeps well and very good.
