V-8 Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can V-8 juice
    1 lb. ground turkey, browned
    4 to 5 c. sliced or cubed vegetables
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown turkey with onions and add to a large kettle with the other vegetables and juice.
    Cook until the vegetables are tender. Water or chicken broth may be added if too thick.
    Freezes well. I use zucchini, carrots, potatoes, green beans, onion, peas and celery.
