Moist Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter (very soft)
    3 medium bananas (very ripe)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; beat until smooth.
    Mash the bananas; add to sugar and butter.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Add gradually to banana mixture.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Fold in well beaten eggs.
    Pour into an 8 or 9 x 4 x 2-inch greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until done.
    Makes 1 loaf.
