Cappelini And Zucchini And Gargonzola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili garlic paste
6 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
4 to 6 very small zucchini, grated
1/2 c. Campbell's chicken broth
1/4 c. white wine or vermouth
4 to 6 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 lb. cooked cappelini
Preparation

In a wok, stir-fry oil, garlic paste and garlic.
Then add zucchini.
Stir-fry until coated with garlic and oil.
Add broth and wine or vermouth.
Add Gorgonzola cheese until melted.
Do not cook away broth.
Add to this mixture the cappelini.
Delicious.
