Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. pitted dates
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine vegetable oil, butter, eggs and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients except walnuts and dates.
    Mix well, then add nuts and dates.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 3 layers.
