Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. grated carrots, cooked
1/2 c. nutmeats
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream the sugar, oil, salt and cinnamon. Add eggs, one at a time.
Add the cooked carrots and nuts. Add dry ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
