Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together.
Put sugar and oil in mixing bowl; mix well. Add eggs, then vanilla.
Add flour mixture all at once; beat well. Shape into 1/2-inch balls; roll in sugar.
Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Flatten with fork; sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove to cooling trays.
Yields about 50.
