Whipped Cream Angel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
red food coloring (optional)
1 pt. whipping cream
1 large angel food cake, cut into 3 layers
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients.
Place strawberries in a saucepan and cook on low heat to which you have added blended dry ingredients, eggs and lemon juice.
Stir constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; add food coloring to desired color.
