Ingredients

4 1/2 c. flour
1 lb. margarine
2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Mix in flour and salt gradually, mixing well.
Roll in small balls, then flatten out on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until it turns golden brown.
