Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 regular zucchini, sliced
    3 medium onions, diced
    1/2 c. butter
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella shredded cheese
    2 large cans mushrooms, drained
    1 large can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place zucchini in water and boil until almost soft.
    Do not overcook.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
    Place a layer of zucchini in pan, then a thin layer of onions.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese and mushrooms.
    Cover with 1/2 of tomato sauce. Repeat all layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
