Sweet And Sour Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; crumble and put aside.
Into the skillet with the bacon drippings, put drained beans, vinegar and sugar.
Stir, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
Turn occasionally.
When ready to serve, top the drained beans with the crumbled bacon.
Serves 2 to 3.
