Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. margarine (melted)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) undrained pineapple
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
