Sesame Shrimp And Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. asparagus
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2 small onions, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. shelled large shrimp
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Trim asparagus and cut into 2 inch pieces.
    In wok or large skillet toast sesame seed until golden; set aside.
    In same skillet over medium-high heat oil, add asparagus, onions and shrimp.
    Cook until tender and crisp, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
    Stir in sesame seed, soy sauce and salt.
    Just mix and stir.
    Serve over rice.
