Brown Sugar Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Break eggs into mixture and fold in. Don't beat.
    Melt butter and add to milk.
    Stir the two mixtures together.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 400\u00b0, then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
