Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, split
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Add rice, can of broth (and enough water to make 2 cups), 2 tablespoons butter or oleo and onions.
    Cook according to rice directions.
    Mix with cream of chicken soup; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with chicken breasts; salt and pepper chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
