Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini, drain excess liquid
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins or nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and beat again. Add oil, vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients and raisins or nuts.
    Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf bread pans or four 3 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Test with toothpick to be sure it is done.
