Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt chocolate with oil, stirring until melted.
Add sugar; stir until sugar is not grainy.
One at a time, add the eggs, mixing well.
Add vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Dough is very sticky when rolling into balls.
Take a small amount at a time and keep the rest in the refrigerator.
