Pumpkin Layer Pie(Low Sugar For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese (low-fat)
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. Equal (1 1/2 pkg.)
    1 1/2 c. lite Cool Whip
    1 graham cracker crust (use recipe on box; substitute Sweet 'N Low for sugar)
    1 c. skim milk
    2 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free vanilla Jell-O instant pudding
    1 can pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and Equal until smooth. Stir in whipped topping and spread on crust.
    Pour 1 cup milk into bowl; add pudding mix and beat with mixer until blended (1 to 2 minutes).
    Stir in pumpkin and spices and mix well.
    Spread over cheese layer.
    Refrigerate 3 hours.
    Garnish with Cool Whip.
