Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. Brer Rabbit molasses
    2 c. flour
    3 1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oleo.
    Add egg.
    Add molasses.
    Sift dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
    Place in refrigerator about 2 hours.
    Roll in balls; dip in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Loosen with spatula 1 minute after removing from oven.
