Bread Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix together and let it set a while so it can rise, then drop by teaspoon into hot oil.
Cook until golden brown.
