Chocolate Clouds(Makes Approximately 30 Cookies.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. (10 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks hold, sugar is dissolved and mixture is glossy.
    Sift cocoa onto egg white mixture; gently fold just until completely combined.
    Fold in chocolate chips (or chunks).
    Drop by heaping tablespoons onto foil covered insulated baking sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or just until dry.
    Carefully peel cookies off foil.
    Cool completely.
    Store covered at room temperature.
