Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. candied orange peel
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

In a bowl, beat eggs until light.
Stir in milk.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Stir in orange peel.
Pour into greased loaf pan and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Do not slice for several hours.
It is especially good toasted and buttered or with cream cheese.
