Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1 c. shortening (oil)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix well the oleo, oil, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients. Add vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet or roll dough out and cut with cutter.
Makes large batch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
