Orange Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick pork chops
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut fat from pork chops, if necessary.
    Place chops in large shallow baking dish.
    Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Baste occasionally while baking.
