Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar and oil together.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Bake for 80 minutes at 325\u00b0 in a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch bread pan.
