Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini (unpeeled), grated
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, oil and eggs; blend in flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well. Add zucchini and nuts. Blend by hand. Pour into 13 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
