Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
    chopped walnuts
    3 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; gradually beat in sugar and oil.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Alternate zucchini and dry ingredients into egg mixture.
    Mix.
    Stir in nuts and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Grease and flour pans.
