Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 rib or loin pork chops (1-inch thick)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Brown chops in frying pan and season.
Mix catsup and dry mustard together and spread on chops.
Combine vinegar, water and sugar; pour over chops.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
