No Bake Fudge Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 c. butter (4 sticks)
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth)
    4 tsp. vanilla
    10 2/3 c. rolled oats
Preparation
    Cook sugar, cocoa, milk and butter to full rolling boil. Remove from heat and quickly blend in peanut butter, vanilla and rolled oats.
    Drop at once by tablespoon on waxed paper. Cookies will be sticky but will harden quickly.
    Cookies can be frozen easily in an airtight container with wax paper between layers. Yields 100 cookies.
