Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 frozen pie shell, defrosted
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs
    1/2 lb. finely chopped Muenster cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion with margarine for 10 minutes, stirring.
    Stir in parsley, salt and pepper, basil and oregano. Beat eggs with Muenster cheese.
    Add zucchini mixture with eggs. Mix well and place in pie shell.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes in 370\u00b0 oven.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
