Cream Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/4 c. oleo, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Bisquick
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preparation

Beat brown sugar and oleo until fluffy.
Stir in baking mix and nuts.
Mix until crumbly (reserve 1 cup).
Press mixture in pan and bake 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
