Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
3 sticks celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
6 to 7 potatoes (red), sliced
Preparation

Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces.
Lightly brown. Add all other items and fry. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cabbage may be added halfway through cooking potatoes. Add 1/2 stick butter. Cover and complete cooking.
