Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen bread loaves
1 lb. Owens hot sausage
18 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
chopped onion

Preparation

Let sausage mixture cool a little.
Add eggs, beaten well with cheese.
Stir to mix.
Grease cookie sheet and spread dough with hands (to cover pan).
Fill with mixture.
Fold up.
Put seam on bottom.
Let rise and bake.
