Florida-Style Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb. or so) flank steak
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    4 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a ceramic or glass dish.
    Marinate for at least 6 hours (for best flavor) turning steak now and then. Cook on grill until done (about 7 minutes per side).
    Allow to stand a few minutes before slicing.
    Slice very thin diagonally.
