Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
    1 (8 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until thick and foamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to mixture and mix well.
    Bake in two well-greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
