Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small cucumbers
1/4 c. vinegar (rice, tarragon or plain apple)
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. dill leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel cucumbers (optional), then slice thin; set aside.
Mix all other ingredients in bowl large enough to accommodate cucumbers.
Add cucumbers and mix well.
Put in refrigerator until ready to use.
Will stay nice for approximately 1 week.
