Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal and boiling water.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add yolks of eggs, well beaten, with milk, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in greased 2-quart baking dish at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
