Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, peeled, grated, drained and packed tight
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add other ingredients and mix.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 large loaves or 3 small loaves.
