Dark Fudge Cookies("Godiva Chocolates Developed This Recipe") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. dark sweet chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate over low heat; cool for 10 minutes.
    In large bowl, cream sugar, butter and eggs until smooth.
    Beat in the cooled chocolate until well blended. Gradually add the flour and salt; mix until smooth.
    Stir in nuts. Cover and chill until firm, about 1 hour.
