Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange brandy
4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. dates, chopped
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs. Mix in flour and spice. Pour brandy over chopped up fruit and nuts.
Add to cake mix. Refrigerate for 1/2 day before cooking.
Grease cookie sheet. Cook for 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
